Starting With What Exactly Is This 1500 – Calorie Meal Plan?

NO! It’s none of these…

It’s a simple diet plan that incorporates 4 to 5 meals/day. The meals have been distributed in such a manner that in one particular day you don’t eat beyond 1500 calories. You do this without starving yourself by having small meals every now and then. Usually there are 4 to 5 meals including a dessert in the end so you don’t really feel deprived. This is a 7-day diet plan but that does not mean you do it for 7 days and 8th day you are a super model ready to takeoff strip! No! You have to keep following this diet plan until you reach your desired goals.

Nothing in this world comes for free! You don’t just sit and relax on your couch and you get what you desire unless of course, you have a secret genie working for you ;). Like other diet plans this also requires careful calorie monitoring and some kind of aerobic activity to boost the process of weight loss. This 1500 calorie meal plan has been designed in such a manner that each day of the week you get to eat something different but the calorie intake is highly restricted in each meal. You cannot eat beyond that calorie limit in order to keep the entire process smooth. This diet works for everyone and staying restricted to calories don’t really mean that you eat a pizza worth 1500 calories in a day and assume you have done it. That’s not the right approach! You might still shed some pounds this way but that is just not going to be healthy. The experts advise to include at least 4 to 5 meals a day to stay easy on your metabolism. A pizza once a day is going to be so heavy on your resting metabolism that you can end up having other stomach related issues. So, be careful and eat sensibly so that you shed those unwanted pounds without being too heavy on your system. That’s all about the 1500 calorie meal plan.
