Some people believe that skipping meals is the best possible option to lose weight fast but that is exactly where they go wrong. Some miss breakfast, some skip their Lunch routine, and some sleep with an empty stomach at night. You need to have proper 3 to 4 meals with short intervals in order to keep your hunger cravings at bay therefore, it is highly recommended to have a healthy breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner. A lot of us get lazy when it comes to preparing meals at home, so we indulge in eating out and we end up eating foods full of fat that further lead to depression and add more to the hunger cravings and this cycle goes on.
