It is a 2000 Calorie Diabetic Diet Plan great for the muscular giants to satisfy their hunger cravings and simultaneously maintain blood sugar levels in their bodies if they are diabetic. Non-diabetic individuals can also utilize this diet plan but they can incorporate some sugars so that their blood sugar doesn’t drop to dangerously low levels.

Breakfast

  •  2 Scrambled Eggs
  •  2 Slices Oatmeal Bread
  •  1 Cup Grapefruit
  •  1 Cup 1% Milk

Morning Snack

  •  1 Cup Raspberries
  •  1 Ounce Whole-Wheat Pretzel

  •  2 Tablespoons Alpen Cereal

Dinner

  •  1 Cup Cooked Quinoa
  •  3/4 Cup Cooked Carrots, Sliced
  •  1 Cup Strawberries
  •  Boneless Beef/Chicken Chops with Mushrooms & Thyme
