  •     2 Tablespoons Low-Fat Granola Cereal with Fruit

Dinner

  •     3/4 Cup Steamed Brussels Sprouts
  •     3/4 Cup Cooked Quinoa
  •     Honey-Soy Broiled Salmon
  •     1 Nectarine, medium
