Rosemary is an aromatic herb that is widely popular for the flavor and aroma it imparts to dishes it is added to. It is a beloved herb of many top chefs and is used in multiple cuisines such as French, Italian, and Greek. What is lesser know about these herbs in this day and age are its medicinal properties and health benefits.
