Don’t Deprive Yourself Of Food!

Here is one very important tip that will help you shed some extra pounds. This no.1 tip that most people tend to ignore is that “Never starve yourself”. Usually what people do is they start skipping meals in between or sometimes go without meals for a day or two in the desperation to shed some pounds on urgent basis. How right is that?
Right?
Are you kidding me?
That’s ABSOLUTELY WRONG!

What happens when you starve yourself in the hope of losing those filthy pounds?

When you starve yourself for days and you are not taking the right nutrition you are blocking the activity of your metabolism and making it slower with each day that passes. You are making it a grumpy monkey who is sleeping all the time and when pushed to wake up starts yapping and cause troubles by jumping here and there. That is exactly what your stomach does when you starve it and put food in it after days. It makes the weirdest noises because it gets filled up with air that can lead to flatulence and constipation. The bottom line is that YOU SUFFER! When you do this you are not doing any good to yourself in fact you are creating a barrier between your desires to reach the end goal that you are looking forward to. You are doing more harm than good when you try to lose weight by starving!
The other way that you might be starving yourself unintentionally is by not preparing for the meals beforehand.

What happens when you are not prepared for your next meal when you are on diet?

You settle on poor choices when you cannot make a judgment. Yearning is a primal urge that is hard to control and we all agree with that. When you’re starving, it’s tricky to hold off until you can get hold of some healthy food. Thus, you consume anything that you find which obviously can include junk food or anything that is too heavy on the stomach and on your weight.

What should then be done to avoid this unintentional starvation?

In order to circumvent this kind of starvation that usually occurs due to lack of planning can easily be addressed. Normally, it is always advised to arrange suppers and snacks ahead of time so that you can take them handy for work. Make sure that you tote solid snacks, for example, an ounce of pistachios, a hard-cooked egg and some whole grain wafers, Greek yogurt, or 1/4 mug raisins. Don’t skip dinners or hold back on them, either.

Would you starve again?

Please, don’t!
