A diverticulitis occurs when small, bulging pouches in your digestive tract which is become infected and inflamed. It is a swelling of an abnormal pouch of the intestinal wall. Most case are handle by low fiber foods clear liquids. Diet for diverticulitis has some risk. However a clear liquid diet more than few days can give you weakness and other complications and also do not provide enough nutrients for your body. It makes your digestive system comfortable. Acidic foods: try to avoid acidic foods like citrus fruits like lemon, tomatoes.
Fried foods: try to avoid fried foods like fats foods, fried chicken, processed foods and fried tacos. Don’t deep frying, you can bake or boil.
Smoking: try to avoid avoided because it can affect the gastric mucosa.
