Avoid High Cholesterol Diet To Live An Active And Healthy Lifestyle!

Eating foods high in cholesterol is the reason of numerous serious illnesses. A lot of people assume eating red meat and foods that are rich in cholesterol is good for strengthening your bones and your body but that is the worst assumption ever.

A friend recently had to go through a serious gall bladder problem because she had high amount of cholesterol in her food past 6 months. She is only 28 and had to face major stomach issues only because of high intake of red meat and high cholesterol diet.

Here is a list of foods that are rich in cholesterol and should be taken in very limited quantities:

  •     Butter
  •     Ghee
  •     Hard margarines
  •     Lard, dripping and goose fat
  •     Fatty meat and meat products such as sausages
  •     Full fat cheese, milk, cream and yogurt
  •     Coconut and palm oils and coconut cream

Avoid having these foods as much as you can or limit their intake. Go for foods that are low in cholesterol and by all means bid farewell to high cholesterol diet. It is the ultimate killer and is the reason why a lot of people have heart issues. High cholesterol diet basically causes blockage of arteries because it contains high amount of fats which is not fully transported through our arteries and starts clogging up. Over a period of time, your arteries get majorly clogged that causes major heart problems. Not just heart issues, blocked arteries or blocked gall bladder can impact your overall health in a number of ways. You gall bladder has to get removed if fats pile up in there because it then causes massive hindrance in digestion so it’s always better to be wise about your food choices.
