Rungrez did it this time! They launched way earlier than all this chaos that started from Zara Shahjahan’s launch. They saved themselves from the pre-booking chaos mainly because they were new to the market. This is the brand’s second year in the business and it was a total hit this year. They launched good last year but since it was new, people had some reservations towards the quality of the cloth used. Last time the quality of the cloth used was low no doubt, but designs were pretty amazing. This time they identified their flaws, worked on them and made it a success.
The launch was held at Nishat Cube, Lahore on 6th March, from 02:00 pm to 10:00 pm but they were all sold out almost by 05:00 pm. The collection was hands down the best in the market! The intricate cuts, embroideries, patchwork, quality of the cloth used and customer service everything was just amazing. The owners were present at the launch and were taking care of everybody. They were personally standing at the sale counter to make sure everyone gets their desired items but obviously there was nothing much that they could do about the ones that were limited in quantity. They couldn’t of course, get them manufactured there and then but the service alongwith the actual product was amazing. They had high resolution pictures up on their website and colors, designs, embroideries everything looked exactly the same in real as they were shown in pictures.
The big brands need to learn a bit from these newbies; because in Pakistan, the customer service has also become extremely important and people have started noticing it a lot. You can’t fool the audience now. Thanks to our social media! The audience is well-aware and demands a good attitude because they pay for what they get and not just get it all for free.
Here is a preview of the actual collection:
