7 Foods to Eat Before Workout

We all work out to keep ourselves fit. There is a myth that if we skip our snack and workout then it will be more valuable. However on the different it is imperative to have some food as your Well-being requires energy during workout. Eating the right quantity of food before any work out helps. Below are some snacks and foods to eat before workout.

Avocado

Ingredients

  •     Salt
  •     Avocados
  •     Lime juice

Procedure
Cut 1-2 avocados into small slices. Drop a pinch of salt and add few drops of lime juice. Eat at least 30 minutes before the workout.

Carrots

Ingredients

  •     Water
  •     Carrots

Procedure
Cut slices of carrots. Put the carrot slices in a food processor and blend them thoroughly. Add sufficient quantity of water to it and mix together again to form a thick juice. Drink this juice 15-20 minutes before to workout session.

Bananas

Ingredients

  •     Banana
  •     Peanut butter

Procedure
Cut 1-2 bananas into small slices. Add a spoon of peanut butter to the bananas slices. Eat these bananas slices 30 minutes before workout.

Oatmeal

Ingredients

  •     Water
  •     Oatmeal
  •     Vegetables
  •     Salt and pepper

Procedure
Soak oats in water for 1-2 hours. Cut vegetables like beans, cauliflower, carrots and peas into small pieces. Take a pan and boil vegetables in the pan, add soaked oats to the boiling vegetables. Cook for more 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to the same. Eat this salty oats 30 minutes before to workout.

Brown Bread

Ingredients

  •     Brown bread
  •     Peanut butter

Procedure
Take brown bread slices and apply enough quantity of peanut butter to make a nutritious and healthy snack. Chew on these slices prior to workout.

Milk Shake

Ingredients

  •     Milk
  •     Honey
  •     fruit

Procedure
Take any fruit of your option. Blend it in a blender by adding enough quantity of milk to it. Top it up with few drops of honey. Drink this milk shake prior to workout.

Greek Yogurt

Ingredients

  •     Honey
  •     Cut fruits
  •     Greek yogurt

Procedure
In a bowl take some pieces of fruit. Add 2 spoon of Greek yogurt to it. Mix well and add few drops of honey to it. Eat it half an hour before you begin the workout.

Workout keeps you fit, however you must eat sufficiently so that you can carry out your workout efficiently. These work out foods discussed here will absolutely help you to provide the sufficient nutrition and help you meet the energy requirements.
