There are certain foods which are healthy but can be incorrectly overeaten. People stick to these foods to lose weight but too much use of these Healthy Foods finally stops the weight from getting reduced.
It is wise to know that every Food must be eaten in a balance. Extra-large proportions do not help in reducing weight, rather they increase the weight. Let us have a look at the foods that can be easily overeaten and let us have a look at some idea too.

Olive Oil

Olive oil is considered to be very healthy and excellent for the heart also. This is true, yet its over consumption can effect in weight gain as it after all has calories as well. One tablespoon of olive oil has about a hundred calories. Nutritionists suggest that your olive oil based salad should not have more than two tablespoons of oil in it. This will give you many nutrients as well.

Nuts

Nuts are full with healthy fats and nutrients. It is good to eat them every day. They contain iron and omega-3 fatty acids also. Nuts also keep our tummy full. But, there is a good chance of overeating them and therefore providing needless calories to your body. Chances of overeating nuts are when you’re having them with a friend at a bar or eating them from a big jar at home.
Nutritionists suggest eating one ounce of nuts daily. This means a handful of nuts, almost the size of a golf ball. Nuts should always be eaten in small servings and should be placed in packs or small jars.

Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice

It is recommended by nutritionists to eat an orange instead of having fresh orange juice. Eating it will give you fiber and you’ll use fewer calories as well. Orange juice is made of more than one orange thus it has further calories.
Four to six ounces of orange juice must be taken, this makes half a glass. If you’re buying a large glass, it is improved to share it with someone or save half of it for the next day.
